Return & Refund Policy (EU Right of Withdrawal)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

How to Submit a Request

• Log in to your customer account at https://account.happyphonecase.com and submit a return or cancellation request from your Orders page.
• If you checked out using a phone number only (without an email address), please use the link in your SMS order confirmation to submit your request.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds Once we receive your returned item(s), we will refund the cost of the goods and your original standard shipping fee within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom or personalized items made to your specifications
• Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery (for hygiene reasons)
